About the Institution
Maharashtra Technical Education Society Pune (MTES) was founded by renowned social worker Late Shri. Dhondumama Sathe in 1945. He had a vision for providing educational facilities to the youths of the land, so that they will become real value pillars of the Nation.
In 1951, he established Walchand College of Engineering at Sangli and In 1971 Dhondumama Sathe Homoeopathic Medical College (DSHMC) at Pune.
In 1980, the society acquired its own land of 2.5 Acres, Off Karve Road And established its own college and it’s attached Sanjeevan Hospital as well as Nyayamurti Madhavrao Ranade Memorial Homoeopathic Hospital at Pune.
DSHMC is a pioneer Institute in Homoeopathic Medical Education and is taken as A role model by many, Today, this Institute is growing under the dynamic leadership.
Homoeopathy is acknowledged by the Global Medical Fraternity as A tested therapy in removing the disease from its root. This Discipline was Introduced by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann in Germany, nurtured in U.K. and U.S.A. And truly blossomed in India.
MTES’s DSHMC, is a premier institution in this country in training Students in the field of Homoeopathy. Many renowned personalities in the field of homoeopathy are alumni of this college. The college has qualified and the most experienced teachers to inspire, guide and teach the students and help them reach their fullest potential.
