During covid pandemic  online platform proved to be a  powerful media to share the knowledge, DSHMC faculty members  also used this media to enhance student's knowledge at national and international level.

  1. ART OF LIVING WORKSHOP:

An Art of living workshop was organized virtually on zoom, on  Saturday 3rd March 2021 for all  faculty members , PG students and interns of the DSHMC
It was conducted by well known cardiologist Dr. Rajesh Dhopeshwarkar and team on the topic  “Want  a Real Break - JUST BREATH". The chief guest Mr. Hassan Tafti, international faculty of Art of Living, explained mindful breathing and various techniques for stress elimination and self development

  1. CELEBRATION OF WOMENS DAY ON 13TH MARCH 2021:

Women’s day was celebrated this year in a unique way on 13th March 2021.
A very informative zoom interview was conducted on the topic of Mindful eating and women’s nutrition. The guest speaker was Mrs. Suvarna Bhandare MSc ( Dietetics) who gave a totally new insight about mindful eating , diet and its misconceptions. The program was attended by DSHMC teachers, interns and PG students online. This program was unique not only in it’s concept but also by the fact that it was conducted by an ALL WOMEN LEAD CREW.
